Spring! The Perfect Time to Ride the Gatlinburg Roller Coaster

Now that winter is finally being pushed out by warmer weather, it’s time to put away your coat and head outside for some fun! The Gatlinburg roller coaster is one of the best things to do in Gatlinburg to get your blood pumping. Our three-quarter mile long track has plenty of twists and turns, and the best part is that you can control the speed. Fly through like a speed demon if you like, or casually cruise along to take in the blooming wildflowers and lovely view of the mountains. Either way, the roller coaster is ready to help you welcome spring.

Bring Everyone in the Family – Even the Little Ones

Children as young as three who are at least 38” tall can ride the Gatlinburg roller coaster with an adult. Children who are at least 13, and at least 56” tall, can ride in the solo cars if they wish. There’s no skill required to work the brakes, and even if you ignore the brake entirely for a rip-roaring ride, the Gatlinburg roller coaster is still safe. Safety harnesses and lap belts keep everyone secure. Your family will almost get two rides in one, because to get to the top of the coaster, you’ll ride our lift system. Sit back and enjoy the view of the Parkway while you wait for your turn on the coaster.
